ERPMY is operated by Amal Zulkipli, Selangor, Malaysia. This policy covers the ERPMY hosting service and the wiki-backups application, a command-line backup client used to copy ERPMY database backups to Google Drive.
The wiki-backups application requests the Google Drive scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive). It uses that access for one purpose only: to create, list and delete database backup files inside a backup folder in a Google Drive account owned and controlled by the operator.
ERPMY's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data obtained through these APIs is not sold, not transferred to third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to develop, improve or train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Backups are database dumps from ERPMY-hosted business systems. They contain that business's own operational records. They are stored in the operator's Google Drive and are not shared with anyone else.
Backup files are kept on a rolling window and older copies are deleted automatically once newer verified copies exist. Google account access granted to the wiki-backups application can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately stops all further access.
For businesses hosted on ERPMY, each tenant runs on its own site and database. Operator access to tenant data is limited to what is required to run, back up, update and restore the service.
